How do I give a gift?
You can access an 'event page' via a direct link or by entering a name in the space provided on the 'Search' page of our website. Once you have found your intended recipient's page, you may browse the available gifts and select from one or several "Gift Puzzles" (by using the + or - buttons on the side, or by clicking on actual pieces!) When satisfied with your selection, please proceed to 'Checkout' where you may write your 'well-wishes' and pay safely and securely online.
Can I write a message to go with my gift?
Yes. We welcome messages of Congratulations and well-wishes you'd like to express. (That's an important part of what giving a gift is all about!) You may choose to keep your message private. Most people however write a message to be displayed on the 'wall' which helps build the spirit of "collective" gift-giving experience!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and direct debit card payments from Amex, Visa and Master Card processed through the Stripe Payment Gateway. Stripe is used by millions of people and is the safe, secure way to send money to and from anywhere in the world.
Are my details secure?
Yes. Our site has industrial SSL encryption and all transactions are processed via Stripe with its own online encryption software, so that customer privacy and security is absolutely the safest it can possibly be.
